Purchase/s Terms & Conditions

1.   We would love to have serious buyers only.
2.   Item/s offered are brand new and in good conditions, UNLESS stated otherwise.
3.   Item/s availability is on first pay first serve basis.
4.   All customize order/s MUST make full payments once order are made.  
      This to ensure that you are CONFIRMED on the order/s.
5.   STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION once order/s has been placed.  
      We will not entertain or tolerate on cancellation of order/s.
6.   RESERVATION is given ONLY  with 50% deposits on item/s and ONLY VALID 
      until specific time promised (within 3 days).
7.   DELIVERY, once FULL PAYMENT is made.
8.  Buyers are to BEAR all shipping charges.  
     (Kindly refer to Post Malaysia postage rates)
9.    For item/s ON SALES.  A full payment is required.  Fail to do so, item/s will be
       released to the next buyer/s.
10.  We will NOT ISSUE on any exchange/refunds.  Incorrect sizing will not fall
       under the return policy.
11.  Please take note ...  
       We will not be held responsible for lost of parcels during postage.
12.  In case of a last minute cancellations, please do inform us earlier before we 
       post the item/s.  Once posted, no refunds will be made.
